As we unofficially find out, the popular American boy band “Backstreet Boys” will perform at the Belgrade Arena in late November. Nick Carter and the band will promote their new album “This Is Us.”

“Backstreet Boys” reached the peak of their popularity in 1999 with their album “Millennium” which was on the top of world music lists for several months. The album sold 40 million copies and songs which became hits are “I Want It That Way”, “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely” and “Larger Than Life”. After the album “Black & Blue” from 2000, disputes among the band members started and the band fell apart in 2002 when Nick Carter decided to begin a solo career. However, the band reunited in 2005 with the release of the album “Never Gone”. Since 2006, the band consists of four members, because Kevin Richardson decided to dedicate himself to his family.
The band started their world tour promoting their new album “This Is Us” on the 15th of August in New Jersey, while the European part of the tour starts on the 30th of October in Lisbon. “Backstreet Boys” will perform on the 27th of November in Zagreb and tickets are almost sold out.
