"I will always try to give what I can," said Carter.

Carter is no stranger to helping the less fortunate. His 1996 record, Let The Music Heal Your Soul, was conceived as a fund-raising project. The heartthrob has mastered several instruments, including drums, piano, guitar, and saxophone, on top of developing his own dance moves onstage. Carter’s next album, Aaron's Party (Come Get It), released in 2000 achieved triple-platinum certification, selling more than 1.5 million copies in the United States alone. Carter’s most recent single, “Dance With Me,” features popular rapper Flo Rida. The popular single is currently available on iTunes.

Besides making his Broadway debut in 2001, Carter has made guest appearances on many TV shows, including Lizzie McGuire, Sabrina, and 7th Heaven. He also has a cameo in 2002’s Hollywood comedy Fat Albert. Carter accepted his first leading role in 2005’s Popstar, a film based on his own life as a celebrity. Since 2006, the man has joined his four siblings in one house for House Of Carters, a reality show on E! In September, Carter competed against Kelly Osbourne, Macy Gray and Donny Osmond on the television smash, Dancing With The Stars.

Stemming from Tampa, Carter grew famous among preteen and teenage audiences as a pop singer with plenty of dancing moves in the late 1990s. His recent love life has also been publicized, entailing relationships with both Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff. In the last few years, Carter has begun working on a successful television acting career.

Always one to donate to the needy, Aldo Disorbo of Nationwide Relocation Services is doing his part to benefit the unfortunate. The business owner is purchasing another 50 pizzas to donate to hungry recipients throughout the area. Time and time again, Disorbo takes pride in lending a hand to the underprivileged throughout his community.

Deco Drive, South Florida’s daily entertainment television show on WSVN, will be part of Carter’s charitable event. Anchors Lynn Martinez and Louis Aguirre, along with reporters Shireen Sandoval and Elle Rodriguez are rumored to attend the charitable event.

Slice is located at 108 SE 1st Street in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. You can give the restaurant a ring at (954) 762-9434.

DWTS' Karina Scolds Aaron for His Twilight Blunder

Thu., Oct. 29, 2009 3:36 PM PDT by MARC MALKIN

Aaron Carter didn't exactly get spanked by Karina Smirnoff because he's lacking in the Twilight appreciation department, but she did give him a good talkin'.

Earlier this week, Carter got a lot of flack from Twi fans because not only didn't he do cartwheels for being compared to Robert Pattinson on Dancing With the Stars, but he admitted he still hadn't seen Twilight.

"I told Aaron, 'Don't put that out there. What if Rob does the next season of Dancing With the Stars?! I want him to come and dance,' " laughed Smirnoff.

As a little extra incentive for Pattinson, Smirnoff said she plans to watch Twilight with Carter as soon as the season is over. "Then we're going to tweet about Rob's great performance," she told us last night at the Genlux, Ford Models and Madison Kelly fashion party in Beverly Hills.

While we love our DWTS, we can't imagine Rob will be signing up for the show anytime soon.

Besides, Smirnoff isn't exactly lacking in the romance department…

Smirnoff, who called it quits with fiancé Maksim Chmerkovskiy last month, was recently spotted kissing San Francisco Giants pitcher Brad Penny.

"You know, I'm single and I'm loving life," she said. "And this is what single girls do. We date and hopefully one day meet Prince Charming."

Smirnoff insists she's surprised by the attention she and the pro baseball player are getting. "My friends called me and they were like, 'We just saw you on Good Day L.A.,' " she said. "I was like, 'Are you for real?' What happened to traffic alerts? What about Balloon Boy? Come on!"

She also said the young Mr. Carter, 21, has helped her through the Maks breakup. "He's very understanding," Smirnoff explained. "Every time I'd come in and my head wasn't in the right place, he'd say, 'Girl, you're doing what you love. It's dancing. Come help me be the best dancer I can be for you.' "

Carter - Not Discouraged on the Dance Floor

Aaron Carter -- Not Discouraged on Dancing with the Stars

Is it "Dancing with the Stars"... or "Dancing with the Injured"?! After scoring a solid 27 out of 30 on Monday night, Aaron Carter has suffered a knee injury but he says he's staying positive!

"On the way to the doctor. I have to get x-rays on my knee! Let's hope I don't need any shots," the 21-year-old posted on his Twitter page.

Later Aaron wrote, "This show is soo hard! Even though I'm getting my butt kicked it doesn't discourage me! The important thing is don't get to hard on yourself."

Aaron Carter Injured But Vows To Continue

Pop star Aaron Carter is battling a knee injury.

“On the way to the doctor,” he posted on his Twitter account on Tuesday afternoon. “I have to get xrays on my knee! Let’s hope I don’t need any shots.. Even though they’ve already said I do!”

On Monday night, Aaron explained he got the injury after his equipment moved out of place.

“I made a mistake earlier in the dress rehearsal and my knee pads kind of went up and I just fell on the bone on my knee,” he said.

But he vowed to carry on.

“The important thing is to keep your head up and I was keeping my head up and pushed through it, you know,” Aaron said.

“There’s people who go through all kinds of worse injuries you know — football players who rip their hamstrings and all kinds of stuff and they still push through it.”

Injured Aaron Carter 'Dating' Dancing's Karina Smirnoff?

Newsroom | Posted on 10/06/09

After a strong night of dancing on Monday's 'Dancing With The Stars' Aaron Carter, post a knee injury, is rumored to be dating his 'Dancing' partner Karina Smirnoff.

Surviving a knee injury during rehearsal Monday, according to his rep, Carter made it through Monday's round with a score of 21.

According to TWN however, Carter and Smirnoff are doing more than rehearsing and dancing on the hit ABC reality competition. In fact, sources say Smirnoff is "hot" for Carter.

"Karina keeps telling everyone that Aaron is totally hot," a source told TWN.

Neither party has confirmed if the dating rumor is true.

Carter is not however, the first 'Dancing With Stars' contestant to be linked to Smirnoff romantically.

Both R&B singer Mario and Mario Lopez were rumored to have been dating Smirnoff while on 'Dancing With The Stars'. The latter of the two, Lopez, eventually confirmed that they were dating.

Dancing With The Stars Recap: A New House Of Carter?

Aaron Carter and Joanna Krupa shine in Week One, while Tom DeLay unleashes his wild thing.

Charlie Toft,

Dancing With the Stars opened its ninth season with so many dancers, sixteen, that the first round had to be spread over two nights and four hours. There's a surprising amount of definition in the season already. It is safe to say that about half the field looks like it could be contending for the final week, and the other half is going to be scrambling every week, assuming they survive this one. We have also learned, if it could not have been guessed already, that America isn't ready to see Tom DeLay shake his filibuster.

We can divide the Season Nine field into five groups right off the bat:

The leaders: Four dancers appear to have moved out in front for now, and two of them are surprising, at least to me. I had not expected much of Aaron Carter coming in, but he was easily the most impressive male, displaying a startling comfort level for the first week and bringing an athleticism that Donny Osmond can't come close to matching. A little of his horndog praise of partner Karina Smirnoff goes a long way, though. I likewise hadn't known much about model Joanna Krupa, but it was shades of Brooke Burke in Week One as she dominated the female side. Despite wearing ugly fringed pants, her salsa was the only one of the night that brought both skill and sizzle. Mark Dacascos was, as advertised, a physical marvel, if not yet a seasoned dancer. Curmudgeon Len Goodman tweaked him for tossing a few martial arts references into his cha-cha-cha, but viewers won't care one bit. Singer Mya likely would have led the women on Tuesday had Goodman not chosen to punish her and partner Dmitry Chaplin for allegedly going outside the rules of the Viennese waltz. Still, she's the most experienced dancer on the women's side and has an easy ride to at least the final six.

The fan favorites: Osmond and Melissa Joan Hart did more than enough to advance, but both discovered that the judges aren't going to do them any favors. Osmond's foxtrot was heavy on showbiz flair but light on technical skill, as even he admitted while being judged. And while his discomfort with close holds might be understandable for a middle-aged Mormon, he's going to need to get over that quickly. Hart has loads of charm, but her self-deprecation about her dancing skill probably won't carry her past the midpoint of the season unless she improves rapidly. Having Mark Ballas by her side will help a lot. Kelly Osbourne might have begun this process as a curiosity, but the audience gave her a tremendous response, and the appearances of parents Ozzy and Sharon in the audience show that DWtS is going to work that angle for all it's worth. Osbourne belied her rock upbringing with a graceful Viennese waltz, though her generous scores, the highest of the night behind Krupa, were clearly handed out on a curve.

The jocks: It would be a major surprise to see one of these four going home considering what an athlete-loving show DWtS is, but the members of this group stand in varying degrees of health. Standing not even five and a half feet tall and bearing a mop of Efron-like hair, snowboarder Louie Vito looked like he was playing dress-up in daddy's clothes, but he and partner Chelsie Hightower made the big first impression they needed. MMA star Chuck Liddell tried hard at the foxtrot, but he's too large to bound around like Vito, and too reserved to engender sympathy. Hall of Fame wide receiver Michael Irvin started the DWtS process with no knowledge of ballroom dancing, and has been saddled with a partner, newbie Anna Demidova, who the judges appear to be putting through a hazing. He stood in last place after the cha-cha-cha, but seemed to improve on his relay dance, and his fame may buy him time for his natural grace to kick in. Olympic swimmer Natalie Coughlin stands just below the top women after the first week. She showed untrained promise on the salsa, but was more convincing when it came to the foxtrot later on.

The endangered: Ashley Hamilton began the season with little fan base and certainly didn't do much to build one on Monday. He displayed a stiff personality, and augmented it with uninspired dancing that even the hyper audience couldn't pretend to find interesting. He had the lowest scores on the male side, and deserved them. The two oldest women in the field may find themselves lost in the shuffle. Debi Mazar was enthusiastic and her salsa leading off Tuesday evening was energetic for a first-week effort; but the judges were not encouraging, and she may have been forgotten by the end of the two hours. Retired model Kathy Ireland looks great out there, but simply has no idea what she's doing while in motion. Visibly slower than even Macy Gray, she's in major trouble right off the bat.

The wild cards: Ex-House Majority Leader Tom DeLay and singer Macy Gray were widely seen ahead of time as possible train wrecks, but both hit the exact sweet spot that an offbeat contestant wants to nail in that they were memorable without being disasters. Viewers will often keep around the rhythmically challenged if they seem to really be trying and having a good time. DeLay acquitted himself decently for a 62-year-old man with a straitlaced image, mugging his way through a version of "Wild Thing" that didn't much resemble a cha-cha-cha. Gray was forced to cram rehearsal time into a tour schedule and her lack of preparation was evident, especially on her relay foxtrot. But the judges were gentle towards her, and that could help her get past Mazar or Ireland.

Predictions: Ashley Hamilton will get voted out and deprive us of seeing Edyta Sliwinska any more this season...as if the end of summer wasn't depressing enough. It's not quite as clear-cut on the women's side, but my guess is that Kathy Ireland falls just a bit short.

Brotherly Love: Aaron Carter had “the Boys” in his corner Monday night on Dancing with the Stars — as in his brother Nick and the rest of the Backstreet Boys. The group, whose new CD This Is Us comes Oct. 6, were on their feet after “little Aaron” performed the show’s first dance of the season, an admirable cha cha with partner Karina Smirnoff. Carrie Ann Inaba remarked that Carter is “all grown up,” a sentiment the Boys shared with PEOPLE after the show. “We’ve grown up with him and still he has that spunk he had when he was six,” Howie Dorough said. Nick, meanwhile, said his little brother “killed it! … I told him that he needs to remember that it’s not how you start, but how you finish.”
